Tim graduated from Saint Leo University with an MBA in Management. He also graduated from the University of South Florida, where he earned his bachelor's degree in International Business.

Miguel started his career in the banking industry. Always entrepreneurial, Miguel went to work with his mother helping to grow the family accounting business, and then later went out on his own to form an import/export business in Venezuela and Costa Rica.

Miguel started his career in the banking industry. Always entrepreneurial, Miguel went to work with his mother helping to grow the family accounting business, and then later went out on his own to form an import/export business in Venezuela and Costa Rica.
Miguel emigrated to the United States, and for the past several years, Miguel has been analyzing and underwriting multifamily purchases. He is especially adept when it comes to deal sourcing, market analysis & due diligence. His experience with banking and underwriting make Miguel a powerful asset when it comes to identifying great asset potential and shepherding deals through closing.
Miguel graduated from New Sparta University in Caracas, Venezuela with a degree in Business Administration.
